Sarah Rodman, PhD, MPH, a proud Los Angeles native, serves as the Executive Director of The Los Angeles Trust for Children’s Health. A strategist and executive leader, she brings clarity, care, and systems thinking to complex challenges, with nearly two decades of experience advancing equity-centered initiatives across public health, philanthropy, and higher education.

Before joining The L.A. Trust, Dr. Rodman held executive roles in higher education and advised national nonprofits, universities, and cross-sector coalitions on building effective, equitable systems that drive measurable impact. She has led culturally responsive health programs reaching tens of thousands across the United States, India, and Sub-Saharan Africa, and is a published author and thought leader on health equity.

Trust, Dr. Rodman brings her strategic vision, integrity, and commitment to equity to strengthen the organization’s mission of ensuring every child in Los Angeles has access to the health and well-being they deserve.
